I am a fifth-year architecture student at Illinois Tech focused on landscape, ecology, and site-responsive design. My studio work explores how architecture can connect environmental systems with community-oriented programs, creating spaces for gathering, learning, and public engagement.
My design approach begins with the people who will use a space and how a project can respond to its surrounding context. I am drawn to work that supports communities while strengthening relationships between built form, landscape, and place.
Travel has influenced how I observe architecture and landscape, especially atmosphere, movement, and daily life. Experiencing different cities and everyday spaces has made me more attentive to how places are used, how they feel, and what makes them specific.
